“Fantastic value for a stay”

The stay in the pod was very comfortable and the interior was fun. It was nice and warm overnight, and kept wind noise down vs being under canvas. The designated toilet/shower cubicle in the block were really well appointed, warm and very very spacious, so it certainly felt like glamping. Fantastic value for a stay. As ever, being a kayaker, the kit drying room is a wonderful facility, which just makes the whole stay so enjoyable. Onsite bar was a perfect place to end the day.

“The glamping pod was perfect, very cosy, dry and warm”

Great location, just 10 minutes from the beach with beautiful views of Snowdonia. So so peaceful. The glamping pod was perfect, very cosy, dry and warm. Loved all the activities we did. We tried coasteering and kayaking. The bar and bistro was perfect too with a good range of beers and a wide choice on the menu. We had a fantastic stay helped by the chilled out, friendly staff.

“The cleanliness of the pods was first class”

As a mid way break in a 500 mile bike ride we stayed in the pod on a night of 40mph+ winds which was a godsend! The cleanliness of the pods was first class, the staff could not have been more helpful and the facilities (laundry, drying room, shower pods, bar) were all excellent.

“relaxed, friendly site”

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this relaxed, friendly site. The pod was comfortable and very clean with systems in place to make us feel safe in terms of C19. We would recommend The Paddlers Return Return for food and drink. Good atmosphere and lovely staff.

“It was delightful”

We booked Pod Merlin at short notice for a one night stay. It was delightful; comfy, warm, cosy and well-equipped, with tea and coffee provided. The small balcony also gives good shelter from the elements and was lovely to sit out on despite the time of year!

“Perfect location”

Brand new pods. Great for a family of 4 or 3 adults. Perfect location as a jumping off point for activity holidays (kayaking/hiking) or just going to the beach with the kids. The local pub (The Paddlers Return) makes great evening meals, so you don't need to worry about cooking.
